Grocery bag Holder is handcrafted from 100% Cotton Fabric with 100% polyester grosgrain ribbon and top of the line elastic for bottom casing. Top of bag has a sewn hem with ribbon attached. Tops do not have elastic - as many of our shoppers told us they prefer the generous opening top and can easily insert safety pin if they wish top smaller.
Approx. Total Length: 23 inches (top of ribbon to bottom of the holder)
NOTE: Holder itself measures approx. 20 inches from top rim to bottom PLUS 2.5/3 inch ribbon (approx. 23" total length)
When holder is EMPTY and laying FLAT - it'll measure approx. 9 inches x 20 inch long (not counting ribbon).
When holder is filled with plastic bags, socks or rags - it'll measure approx. 18 inches ROUND by 21 inches long (not counting 2.5" ribbon).
The bottom has elastic casing; however, the top has the wider opening for easier insertion of bags, socks or rags, etc.
